Shipping
Your order should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days following order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes. Shipping is available within the US and we deliver to P.O. boxes. We also ship to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, which require additional time for delivery and may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight and size. Certain products have transportation restrictions, and cannot be shipped to some locations.
Alternate address
You may choose to have your order shipped to an alternate address by selecting this option in the delivery information section at checkout. By choosing an alternative address, all pending orders will be delivered to this new address. If you would like to ship to two separate locations, please allow pending orders to ship before selecting an alternative address.
Shipping cost is $7.95
The shipping cost is $7.95 regardless of the size and weight of your package. There is no extra charge if a single order results in subsequent deliveries. For delivery to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, there are no additional shipping costs.
RETURNS OF ONLINE PURCHASES
You have 25 days to decide if an item is right for you. Samantha Leibowitz new york will refund or exchange an item, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.
Return by Mail
Your package contains a Packing Slip with everything you need to make a return. This includes a Return Form, which must accompany your return. The easiest way to return by mail is via USPS, using the self-adhesive return label found on your Packing Slip. This label is pre-paid and pre-addressed, and the return shipping fee of $7.95 will automatically be deducted from your refund. If you have used or lost the pre-paid return label or the Return Form, please contact Customer Service at 610.716.2994.
If you do not wish to use the pre-paid return label, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Samantha Leibowitz new york is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by Samantha Leibowitz new york. Samantha Leibowitz new york does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Refunds for online purchases
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
If you mail in your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Exchanging items by mail
If you wish to exchange an item by mail, follow the return procedure and use the Order Form on your Packing Slip to order the new item. This will be processed as a new order and your credit card will be charged. The return and order transactions may not post simultaneously and will be processed as two separate transactions through your account.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply. Samantha Leibowitz new york may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

** If the card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive an order confirmation to your email. Your card will be billed when we ship your order. For pending orders we will debit the last credit card that you’ve used. If you return any items, we will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment, less the return shipping fee. If the credit card transaction is not approved, your order will be canceled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.
Sales tax
Samantha Leibowitz new york charges the appropriate state and local sales tax based on the delivery address of your order. Where required, tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges. The sales tax displayed at checkout is estimated and the final applicable tax will be calculated when your order is shipped. ORDER TRACKING
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you an email with the delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order under the Order Status Page when you log in at samanthaleibowitz.net by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated.

Orders can be placed on our website or by phone at 610-716-2994. You must be 13 years old or older and provide a US shipping and billing address. When you're finished shopping, click on Cart to place your order. Price, tax and availability will be displayed. You may also edit your order at this time. When you’re happy with your order please proceed to checkout.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. An additional email will be sent to notify you that your order has shipped with a tracking link to trace your order.
Prices and shipping charges
The prices displayed on our website do not include local sales tax or shipping costs. The online prices and products may vary and may differ from in-store. The cost of shipping for each order is $ 7.95 regardless of the size or weight of your order. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will be no additional charge for the subsequent deliveries.
